We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging with all included accessories. A restocking fee may apply if the item shows signs of heavy use.
Are Nanlite lights compatible with third-party modifiers?
Most of our Forza and FS series lights utilize a standard Bowens mount, making them compatible with a wide range of third-party softboxes and modifiers.
How can I update the firmware on my Nanlite fixture?
Firmware updates can be downloaded from our official support site and uploaded to your light via the built-in USB port or through the NANLINK mobile app.
