Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific shipping instructions.

  Place the product in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, cases, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Inspection and Refund
